Why America Is Entering A Horrific Financial Crisis...
The United States is currently grappling with the possibility of a "reverse" market crash, a unique economic scenario where instead of asset prices plummeting, they might unexpectedly surge to unsustainable levels. This phenomenon could be driven by excessive liquidity from prolonged low-interest rates and aggressive fiscal policies stimulating the economy. Such a market condition could lead to severe inflationary pressures and distort investment decisions, creating bubbles in various asset classes. As these bubbles expand, the risk of them bursting becomes greater, potentially leading to economic instability and significant challenges for policymakers in managing the aftermath.

30 million Non-Competes Are CANCELLED
Here’s a breakdown of the key points regarding the FTC’s proposed rule on non-competes:
Promoting Competition: The FTC argues that non-compete clauses curb labor market mobility and prevent employees from negotiating better pay or switching jobs freely. By banning these clauses, the FTC believes it will enhance competition for labor, potentially increasing wages and job opportunities.
Economic Impact: According to the FTC, eliminating non-compete agreements could boost wages by nearly $300 billion a year and expand career opportunities for about 30 million Americans.
Exceptions and Current State: Some states already have strong regulations against non-competes, especially for lower-wage workers, while others enforce these agreements more broadly. The FTC’s rule aims to create a uniform federal standard. It's important to note that the rule targets non-compete clauses specifically; other forms of employment restrictions, like non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and non-solicitation agreements, are not covered under this proposed rule.
Legal and Business Opposition: The proposal has faced opposition from various business groups and legal experts who argue that non-compete clauses are necessary for protecting trade secrets and investments in employee training. Critics of the ban argue that it might lead businesses to tighten other forms of employee agreements or increase litigation over trade secrets.

This clip is going around the internet. And as you’ll see it’s for good reason.
Economic opinions aside, we have to understand that this type of performance is why the America brand is in major trouble.
It’s also why capitalism is under attack in this nation.
It’s the reason liberty and the pursuit of happiness are becoming relics before our very eyes.
And it’s why actual entrepreneurs are going to need to step into to the gap of much needed leadership.

TLDR: How to Become A Storyteller by June 1st
It is more evident by the day that entrepreneurs need to own becoming great communicators online. We can no longer outsource the work or delegate in the name of having to focus on ‘growing’ the business.
Brand rules everything around us.
Therefore to help you level up your communication skills effectively over the remaining days of May, we’ve created a tailored plan based on Matthew Dicks' "Storyworthy," that will equip you with the framework of solid storytelling over the next 24 days, beginning today:
May 7-13: Develop a Storytelling Habit
Homework for Life
- Action: Each day, allocate five minutes to reflect on the most memorable moment of your day. Record this in a sentence or two.
- Purpose: This builds a habit of identifying potential stories in your daily life, enriching your arsenal of narratives.
May 14-20: Learn to Structure Stories
Crafting the Arc
- Action: Select one memorable event from your "Homework for Life" entries from the previous week. This should be an event that you think has a clear beginning, middle, and end. Here are the steps to expand this event into a structured story:
Beginning (Setup): Establish the context and introduce the main characters, including yourself. Set the scene and present the initial situation or problem. This part should grab the audience's attention and set up the stakes.
Middle (Confrontation): Develop the plot by introducing obstacles, challenges, or conflicts. This is where the tension builds. Show how you or the main characters respond to these challenges, which should lead to a climax.
End (Resolution): Conclude the story by resolving the conflict and reflecting on the outcomes or lessons learned. This should provide closure and leave the audience with a clear understanding of how the events changed the situation or characters.
- Purpose: Understanding story structure ensures your narratives are engaging, with a strong opening, a tension-filled middle, and a conclusive end.
May 21-27: Enhance Your Stories
Employing the Five Permissible Lies
- Action: Revisit the story you've been developing. During this week, apply each of the following techniques to refine your narrative:
Simplifying Details: Remove any non-essential details that don’t contribute directly to the story’s impact or understanding.
Compressing Time: Shorten the timeline of events to make the story more concise and dynamic. This can involve skipping non-critical moments that don’t add to the emotional or narrative arc.
Merging Characters: Combine two or more minor characters into a single character to simplify the story and focus on the main interactions that drive the narrative forward.
Emphasizing Key Elements: Highlight the most critical aspects or turning points of the story to create stronger emotional effects or emphasize the stakes.
Creating Dialogue: Develop or refine dialogues to enhance realism and emotional depth. This involves crafting conversations that might not be recalled verbatim but reflect the essence of real exchanges and support the story’s themes.
- Purpose: These adjustments help streamline your story, making it more engaging and easier for your audience to follow. The aim is to focus on the essence and emotional impact of the story without significantly altering the truth of your experiences.
May 28-31: Share Your Story
Practice and Feedback
- Action: Rehearse your story multiple times, starting alone and gradually moving to social media video or written post. You can even physically present among your officemates. Focus on delivery, clarity, and engagement with the reader/listener.
- Purpose: Practicing and sharing begins the real work of polishing your storytelling ability, and may also prove to be the vulnerability and momentum you need to keep creating online consistently
